Asus is set to introduce its new flagship smartphone, the ZenFone 10, to the global market on June 29. This device is the successor to the Asus ZenFone 9, which was launched in July 2022. The ZenFone 10 is anticipated to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and is rumored to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging capability. The smartphone’s global launch will take place in Taipei, Berlin, and New York, implying it will also be available in nearby regions. However, the official launch date for India has not been confirmed by Asus.

Earlier this year, Asus inadvertently revealed the ZenFone 10’s price through a test website, which listed the device at $749 (approximately Rs. 61,900). For comparison, the 8GB + 128GB variant of the Asus ZenFone 9 was priced at EUR 799 (approximately Rs. 64,800).

The ZenFone 10 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device, which supports dual nano SIMs, is predicted to run on Android 13 with the ASUS ZenUI 10 skin. The smartphone is confirmed to be equipped with an octa-core 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, paired with an Adreno GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.

The ZenFone 10 is likely to have a 200-megapixel primary rear camera sensor and an ultra-wide-angle shooter, with support for optical image stabilization (OIS) and 8K video recording. The device is also expected to support 5G, 4G, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11ax 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Other features may include stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
